Drift Boats for a Difference
Are you looking for a new drift boat? We were recently donated a 2002 Hyde that doesn’t have a scratch on it. What’s the best part about your purchase? Your money will go directly to community and fishery conservation projects across the world!
At the beginning of July and in spite of the afternoon thunderstorm, the 2nd Annual Riverside Country Club Fly Fishing Festival had a terrific turnout where guests had a chance to watch presentations on everything from fishing out of drift boat to matching the hatch and learning how to properly rig a fly rod.
The afternoon was capped off by a live auction and cocktails. Both Ian Davis and Paul Puckett painted original pieces of trout and tarpon that went to the highest bidder. But the highlight of the night was when one of the members of the Bozeman community graciously donated a drift boat. Even with me reconfirming (multiple times) that they wanted to make a donation of such a nice boat, the couple made sure I knew they wanted to give it to YDCCF.
The boat has only seen the water a couple of times and is in mint condition - you'd be hard-pressed to find a scratch on it. With oars, floor anchor, rope, immaculate trailer, standing braces, and adjustable front and rower's seats you're set for the river.
Our good friends at RO Drift Boats are helping us sell the boat and there's no doubt it'll go quickly. We are asking $5,495 for the whole package.
Don't miss your chance at being the proud new owner of a great drift boat!
Thank you to everyone that made the 2nd Annual Riverside Country Club Fly Fishing Festival a success! It's only through your continued support that we have been able to remodel bathrooms for school children in Punta Allen, Mexico, aided organizations to fight taimen poachers in Mongolia and, now, fighting against gillnets in Belize.
